Cookie policy
Last updated:
bcerron.com uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores in your browser what the site needs to work and the preferences you choose, so it does not need to ask for your permission.
What they are
Cookies and local storage (localStorage) are small pieces of data a website keeps in your browser to remember them on your next visits.
What is stored in your browser
This is the complete list:
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| lang | bcerron.com (cookie) | Remember the language you pick in the ES/EN switcher. Only created when you change it. | 1 year | User preference, exempt |
| theme | bcerron.com (localStorage) | Remember light or dark mode if you pick one different from your system’s. Only created when you change it. | Until you delete it or go back to your system’s mode | User preference, exempt |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Cloudflare (challenges.cloudflare.com) | Check you are not a bot when you send the contact form. Only loaded on /contacto, inside its own frame. | That of the check | Security, exempt |
The visit statistics (Umami) use no cookies and store nothing in your browser. More in the privacy policy.
Why there is no cookie banner
Everything above is technical, for security or a preference you choose, and the law exempts it from consent (art. 22.2 of Spain’s LSSI-CE). If anything that is not exempt were ever added, it would not load until you accepted it, and you could refuse it just as easily.
How to delete them
You can delete this site’s cookies and data whenever you like from your browser. The site keeps working; it just forgets your language and theme.
